Welcome to the first ever Wellness Wisdom Carnival! You’ve heard from me, now I want to hear from you! Feel free to share with us your posts about health and wellness, whether its recipes, fitness tips, your personal experience, or anything else related to striving for health. If you don’t have a blog, feel free to leave a comment so we can all learn from each other. I don’t know if there will be much traffic here the first few times, but we’ll give it a shot! Meanwhile, I’m trying to figure out how to include the carnival right on the page rather than redirecting you to another, but I’m not very tech savvy so it might take me some time. There’s just a couple of ground rules to make sure we’re all on the same page:
1. Please do not post advertisements for specific products or supplements. If you tried something and genuinely benefitted from it, you can tell us all about it, but don’t use this as a forum to sell or promote a product!
2. Please include only real food recipes! That means no boxed mixes, industrial seed oils, white flour, soy products, etc. Anybody can make up a box of hamburger helper, but I would like this to be a forum for sharing great nutritious recipes from scratch.
3. Please link back to this post so we can all can benefit from seeing everyone’s submissions.
4. Links that do not follow these guidelines may be deleted.
